William Alexander Wlkinson marriage to Lily?

William Alexander Wilkinson b1889, d August 1925, both events happened in Gateshead, Co. Durham.

According to Williams probate (Oct, 1925), he leaves everything to his widow, Lily Wilkinson.

I cannot find their marriage! (He was single on 1911 Census, so marriage between 1911 & 1922).

So, can anyone help me find their marriage and any possible children please?
