Could someone please look on Ancestry to see James Colin Wright. 1979 Grimsby what do we order for the birth certificate there are 2 numbers? And where do you send money to for the order please also how much is a certificate now please?

The certificate won't give you his new name.

If you follow the link that Malyon posted, there is information not only on how to add the birth siblings name to the adoption contact register, but also how to hire an intermediary agency. They may be able to find him under his adopted name and act as a go-between.

Unless you know his exact date of birth, you *might* find that you aren't permitted to order a copy of his birth certificate - there are certain restrictions on recent and relatively recent events.

If you haven't already, use the search all trees function to see if he is listed under his birth name on any trees on this site. You could also do the same on Ancestry.
