Trying to find death of a Annie Hunter Baillie nee Hamilton Born C 1878 Glasgow Scotland: She married Alexander Baillie on 3-11-1899 Cadder Lanarkshire Scotland: details from marriage cert:
Alexander died on 22-9-1940 age 64: He is shown as being a widower on his death cert: His name is also shown as being John Alexander Baillie death details supplied by his daughter E F Baillie on death cert:
From really sketchy info Annie is supposed to have died in McKeesport. Alleghany. Pennsylvania USA but no date given:
I assume that she died between 1920 and 1940 as there was a child born to Alex and Annie in 1920 and her husband is shown as being a widower in 1940:

I know that you people are good but are you that good to be able to find this one: All the best and thank you in advance as I know that you will give it a good go:

Surely that has to be her on the border crossing record posted by Andy because it says that she entered USA at New York under the name Annie Hunter Hamilton Baillie on 23 June 1929. BUT it also says that she was born 24 May 1869, Govan, Scotland.

The border crossing record is not her.

Close examination of the image shows the YOB as 1909, so that's this woman:

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 10 Aug 2017 18:33

The main problem of finding a death in the USA is that DC are issued & held by the State, not centrally. Some have allowed them to be published on the internet, but most have not.
According to https://familysearch.org/search/collection/1202535, the Social Service Death Index (SSDI) only started to be compiled in 1964. Even then, names may be missing as they hadn't contributed & therefore hadn't been paid a pension or benefit.

Although helpers have already checked, try
https://familysearch.org/search
https://www.findagrave.com

You could also try http://www.usgenweb.org as a portal.
