Assuming it is the correct record, the change of name from Clark to Lea on the image is written in black. Usually if its been changed due to marriage or deed poll, the new name is written in a coloured pen eg green or red. A date is made in the margin stating when the register was changed. There's nothing against Olive's name change. It definately says she's single.
