Anne Ellen was registered under the name WISE rather than Wiseman:

I am trying to find George in either or both 1891 and 1901 census. I have found a marriage of George Henry to Betsy Hawley Dec qtr. 1886 at Melton Mowbray and a 1911 census for Betsy (recorded as Beaty) Wiseman, 41, widow with Anne Ellen 17, Joseph 15 and Agnes Louisa 5. I have looked for both George and Betsy in 1891 and 1901 and cannot see them anywhere, therefore I don't even have a birth date or year for George Henry. If anyone can help I would be very grateful.
