Hi Chris Ho
You asked if Ihad more info on Thomas Easto. But let me give you some info on my tree first. My 7th great grandfather was Edmund/Edward Dwight b1592 m. Sarah Child
Theyhad 4 Children Thomas b. 1640 m. Jone /Joane no maidenname for her .
Going on to the Thomas Easto side he was born in Bermondsey London he had 4 wives first being Elizabeth Smith then Sarah no maiden name except they married in 1851 he left England 18/09/1852 on a ship Persian. Thomas's father was James Dwight b1871 m. 1871 Anne Staines James was a Wheelwright by trade. Jame's father was John Dwight (poet)b.1757-1802 m.04/06/1778 Elizabeth King. His father was Phillip ( Printer) b.1731 m.08/10/1752 Sarah How at St George's Chapel Mayfair
His father was John Dwight(Engraver) b.1701c -1746 m. 1727 Millient Burbage who died in Dublin 1738. John's father was Phillip( The Vicar) b. 1671-1792 m.23/10/1700 at St Annes Westminster apparantly English records show he married a Jane Wilson presumedshe was married to a Wilson befor she married Phillip. Johns father it seems was John Dwight (The Potter) b.1636-1703 m.23/021660 Lydia Parker Saint Dunstan Stepney
So I am trying to connect the two trees somehow but have not been able to find any clue I am hoping that your access to other records might give me a clue.
Regard Eddie

Seems to be a few about, looking google search!...

(an article on one below, needs a read through though!)

What else do you have on Thomas Easto?...

Chris :)

The Last Person Buried in 1865…..
Sarah Dwight died by her own hand on 24 December 1865 aged 36 years at the family home in Point Nepean Highway, Cheltenham. The local newspaper ‘The Argus’ wrote of the tragic death reporting that Sarah, the wife of Cheltenham wheelwright Thomas Easto Dwight, committed suicide by swallowing corrosive acid in a fit of rage with her husband; she died the next day.
