Hi
Looking to find census , maybe 1891 for albert peel , mum annie mary peel . Albert married janet brown in 1910 in burnley. Could anyone perhaps find him on the 1911 census , Think his mum was living on shaw street in burnley in 1911. Mum born approx 1859. Not sure where though . Albert died in 1919 aged 36 . Janet died 1968 aged 80. They had a son percy born in 1911 who married mona greenhalgh in 1932 , Also a son norman who died as an infant.
would like to find out where albert peel was born and i think his father may be named george but unsure about this.
thanks
:-)

If Albert died in 1919 aged 36 he was more likely to have been born c1883

Is this your family in 1891?

Yes, he died at his home in Burnley in November 1919 of Pleuro pneumonia which apparently was not due to or aggravated by his service so did not receive a pension.

I am sure that his relative will be very pleased to have the portrait.

When his son Percy died in 1966 probate was granted to his daughter Sheila. It looks like she had 2 children, one has a tree on this site. Do you have these details to try to contact her?

Added, guess you've already tried that as you refer to his ggd - if you google her name and that of her husband there are biographies for them. She is also listed on companies house as a director, but with no middle initial.
