Thanks everybody.It was Thomas Liddle that I was looking at.Sorry I didn't put his name up in the first place.Stealing three hens!!Blimey he must have been desperate.I just wondered what he would have been doing in that area.He was a Co.Durham man all his life and,of course, was it "my" Thomas Liddle? The fact it says born Southside would appear to say it was.

Hi,a strange request,but would any body be able to help?Found a prison record for a possible relative.It was at Wakefield,1893.I can't understand what is written for the
offence.It looks like"Stg; 3 Hells or Heus??? Anybody have a clue?It's got me beat.
