Irish birth - or any record of Martha?

ArgyllGran Report 25 Aug 2017 20:40

I wonder if anyone can find any record of this child Martha, please? I've looked on Ancestry, Rootsireland (without sub), Emerald Ancestors, Irish Genealogy, and FS - nothing at all.
Her father was Samuel Molyneaux / eux / aux, who died in 1908.

Martha Molyneux
in the Web: Ireland, Census, 1911
Name: Martha Molyneux
Gender: Female
Age: 8

Household Members:
Name Age

Martha Molyneux 8
Margaret J Dyer 43 - lodger

Just for reference, this is the family in 1901:

Samuel Molyneaux
in the Web: Ireland, Census, 1901
Name: Samuel Molyneaux
Gender: Male
Age: 29
Birth Year: abt 1872

Ellen Reilly 46 - mother-in-law
Jane Divers 7 - step-daughter ( Molyneux in 1911 census)

I have wondered if this could be Martha - as I can't find Marie in 1911. Does any site show her parents, or is buying the birth cert the only way to find out?

Image of the marriage posted by safc shows

Samuel Molyneux - Bachelor - full age - Labourer - Resident in Belfast - Father William Molyneux a Labourer

Transcript shows her as Reilly but image
Annie DIVER/DWER - - full age - widow - Resident Belfast - Father James Reilly a Compositer
Surname where written as bride looks like Dwer but she has made her mark and her surname there has been written in and looks more like Diver with a . making the letter look like an i

EDIT
Have removed my post re Margaret Jane Dyer and Jane Divers.

Jane Divers/Molyneux from the 1901/1911 will be this one -

b 8.4.1894 at Maternity Hospital. Daughter of Robert Devers and Annie Devers formerly RIGLEY. Had dismissed it due to Rigley name but Argyll Gran says below that Annie had been previously married to a Robert Devers so Annie's maiden name recorded wrongly?

Thanks for ruling out Marie, GG.

Yes, Annie had been married twice before Samuel Molyneaux, first to Samuel Black, and then to Robert Devers.

Annie is buried in the same grave as her father James.

Thanks all - I'll accept that there's no further trace of Martha!

Yes, Rigley will be Reilly, GG. Thanks for that - I knew Jane's YOB, but not the actual date.

I'm sure "Martha" is actually Arthur - Annie's also "formerly Black" on the other sons' birth records.
Thomas, and William (actually Hugh William).
