I use this link when I want to access more than the usual Search area ......

https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/list

Just go down the listing of collections at the left.

I ahve found that census records do come up on the usual Search, if you are using the Historical Collections

I've never looked for census on it before -

Go to Search on Home Page and enter "England and Wales" in box under "Collection title" (Find a collection right hand side of page under world map)

Has family search web site changed, it doesn't seem to come up now for census results?
