Would someone help me find an Arnold George Sheward born 1903 for me in the 1939 Register please?

He was born in the Birmingham area and his wife was called Emily. I also know of a daughter named Pamela who was born circa 1936.

Where he lived and any dates, Occupations etc would be a real bonus.
I do not know where Arnold was in the 1911 census so I can not shed much light on his early years to be more helpful.
