There is more than one possibility showing on passenger lists b 1899 +/-

Presume you mean parents travelled post war as opposed to later during the war?

Did Herbert have any other initials?

What was the name of Herbert's wife - with any initials (you say parents travelled)? Although they might not have travelled at the same time....

What was Herbert's occupation prior to departure?

Where were they living prior to departure?

I suppose you mean that Herbert was one of the parents - given his age at WW2.

What is the best way to trace children sent to USA to escape WW2 and subsequent departure of their parents later?
All family members have died in Florida.
Cannot seem to get anywhere on FamilySearch!!!
One Herbert Thomas b1899 and died after 1982 of special interest. I know his daughter d 2013.
