Thanks Shirley. Already had the daughter's birth but not the parents marriage.
Great to get it.

EDIT - correction Parents are Matilda Davidson & Matthew Stubbs.

Married - Wigton, Vol 25, page 191, March quarter, 1846.

Parents
Marriages Dec 1839
DAVIDSON Sarah Cockermouth 25 45
STUBBS John Carlisle 25 45

Although Sarah is listed as cockermouth it's noted that the district and page nos are not consistent with the area

Not sure about the children you mentioned Shirley, as Eleanor was living, unmarried, with family, aged 20, in 1841 census. Family living in Oulton/Wigton area.

Possible though, but unsure.

Only Jane Stubbs, Eleanor's niece aged 4, on 1851 census. Otherwise nothing showing on either census !!

Trying to locate Joseph Wilson & wife Eleanor Wilson (Nee Davidson) after 1861 census.

Joseph b 1813 Maryport, Cumberland, Eleanor b 1820 Wigton, Cumberland. They were married by 1851 census as they appear as husband & wife at Fleming Square, Maryport, Cumberland.

1861, they were living at St. Helen's Street, Cockermouth, Cumberland.

Cannot find either their marriage, or anything after 1861. Not even death info!

Any help appreciated.
