Bill Report 19 Jan 2018 04:54

Ship left Plymouth June 1880 - listed together are Mrs. Butler (age 42), Miss Butler (22),John Lanigan (8) and his sister Anne Lanigan (7). Would like to know any connection ? Children's parents had died and brought to relations in Victoria -appears accompanied on ship by the Butlers. Possible connections could be Charles Butler MD had medical hall at 53/54 Sackville (now O"Connell) St., Dublin OR Edward Butler married to Mary Lanigan 12/2/1833 (8 children born 1835-56). BIll.

(would above be able to help more? (with any other incoming records) with no names on Passenger List, bit of a 'needle', I'd say)

They had originally been going to leave from London - the four names all scored out on this record, so obviously all travelling together:

(Sorry, can't copy from Ancestry again - recurrent problem, very annoying.)

The ages Bill gives are as stated on the London record. On the Plymouth record (same voyage) both children are said to be aged 7.

EDIT:
Later (1pm)

Now Ancestry's letting me copy - not that it helps answer Bill's question:
