	The name is Gaspard Washington on the census and it's a home for the aged.
	Researching: Great grandmother Dorothy Bean nee Abbott (1858-1908)

	The above man is in the 1910 New York area - during the 1910 US census. He is recorded as an inmate. Please could someone verify if this is a prison or institution for the elderly, Many thanks
