I am researching the Symington family who lived in Paisley and then Troon in Scotland.

John Macalaster Symington (1859 to 1892) was married to
Janet Campbell Symington (nee Blackwood) (1865 to 1939) (possibly known as Jen, Jenny or Jennett)

They had 3 children:
1) Jane White Symington (1886 to 1946) married Maurice James Bell (1878 to 1935). He was a Chartered accountant with Grahams, Rintoul, Hay, Bell & Co. Were there any children?

2) Elise Balfour Symington (1887 to 1963) was the second wife of Olof Axel Ohlsson (1873 to 1953). He was educated Cambridge but I think South African. She seems to have had no children of her own but he had 4 from an earlier marriage( Neill Anders Ohlsson, Rae Fuller Ohlsson, Rana Ohlsson and Nancy Ohlsson). I think they may have lived on Jersey

3) Margaret Russell Macalaster Symington (1889 to 1941). Never married.

Any information on any of these people would be of interest. In particular I am trying to find photos of them to help identify relatives in old family photos. They all seem to have been fairly wealthy so may have had a picture published somewhere.
