If so there is this one:- First name(s) SHEILA Last name SCARBOROUGH Birth year 1936 Birth quarter 1 Registration month - Mother's last name Turner District West Ham County Essex Country England Volume 4A Page 22 Record set England & Wales Births 1837-2006 If this is the correct one then there are 5 other births in West Ham between 1931 and 1949 with surname Scarborough and mother's maiden name Turner.
