Greetings

I'm looking for somewhere which has been transcribed as Mabe (not Cornwall) but in Pembrokeshire.. From a 1871 census and given as the place of birth for Jane Mathias. I know where Johnston is (just north of Milford Haven) and the families I've been tracing have roots in that area. Can't seen to track a place called MABE down?

Chris and Catherine

Thanks for the help, I'd found that marriage record in New Moat and now that you've checked I'm happy to go with Moat (Mote) as Jane's birth place.

once again thanks!
