Looking for any information on Christiana Dean (nee Dunnage. Born in Essex in 1829. Married George Dean in Marylebone in the 1850's and appears on the 1861 in Cheltenham Gloucestershire. George Dean died in 1868 and Christiana and large family appear on the 1871 census, still in Cheltenham. She disappears after. No death, no remarriage, cant find anything at all on 81, 91 or 01 census. Just her 16 year old son Arthur Dean working as a servant in 1881 in Cheltenham. Does anybody know of her or what became of her ?

It does seem very probable that she died, especially with Annie having been sent to live with relatives.

None of the possible marriages are hers.

All the children are accounted for in 1881 (except Edward, whom I don't see until 1891) - and she's not with any of them.

But I can't see her death anywhere, even allowing a bit of leeway in YOB.
