Perhaps Hester's maiden name was Smith?

(You say she was widowed when she married Renshaw, although that info doesn't seem to on the records available online.)

You refer to 'Mary Ann' in your title, but there is no mention of a second forename in the records you have copied

For birth year, here is her death from the GRO
