Thank you for your messages I am helping a friend find her fathers 1/2 siblings,his father married 4 times. I have found a few but need to know where they live so he can contact them

Alison is on there more recently

There is an A. Baldwin in Colchester in the phone book

On the other hand, this death is in Colchester area

If you look up www.thephonebook.bt.com
there's a Stephen Jope in the Exeter area - but not appearing on ER per 192.com.

Maybe a different person - Stephen K Jope is showing at a Plymouth address on current ER (2016-18) per 192.com - but not in phone book. You'd need to buy credits on 192.com to see the full address.
