The 1871 census says born Panton, but a close look shows only the first letter of the place can be clearly seen and it's not like the P in Preston Brook for Harriet.

Looking for any Parent details for Harriet Willis born 1850 . On her marriage certificate to James Millington on March 27th 1871 at St Johns Church Dudley Worcester her Fathers name is Henry Willis occupation Labourer. Harriet's address on the marriage certificate is Kates Hill Dudley. This is also the same address given for James Millington. I don't have any information on the name of her Mother, or any Siblings.
