Could this be William and Florence in 1939.?

The closed records indicates those people were born after 1915 and as yet havnt been updated from the NHS register even if they have since passed away.

One of which could be Eric A Spriggs.

I think the family were based in Birmingham. I think Eric may have been abroad in the services

Any Naval service record for Eric will still be held on file and are not in the public domain.

Eric shows he was still living the the Birmingham area about 15 years ago.and could still be living.

From records of births he seems to have had many siblings which could be easy to follow on from to find a more up-to-date connection who may be able to fill gaps.?
