Apparently Southampton Archives have that - also the Central Library:

Electoral rolls, voters' lists and Poll books: based in Southampton archive we hold electoral rolls for 1832-1918 and 1930 to date, poll books for the years 1727-1837. The Central library holds electoral registers 1932 to date.

Here it is -

122 Hill Lane, Treetops Guesthouse (Mrs C Parker, proprietress).

That's in both 1948 and 1954 Kelly's Street Directories:

Can't tell from that who else lived there, of course.

This site re. Winchester Records Office states that they do NOT hold Southampton electoral registers prior to 1974.
They can be seen at Southampton Archives.

I see Winchester's opening hours have been reduced since I last went there. Such a treasure trove waiting to be explored there though.I must renew my CARN card and go back sometime.

Enjoy your visit.
