Certainly a possibility.
One of our well known, now free, GR members has suggested

"Florence and Victor seem to be together 1930 eroll in Beaconsfield terrace Hammersmith South, not (?) to be confused with the Victor H and Constance Rosa also in Hammersmith S same year, "

Too tired to follow up tonight, but if Constance & Victor are together in 1930, Hammersmith, would she have hot footed it to marry in the same year?
