Looking at the image of the 1939 Register.....

It actually gives Jane's birth date as.......16th Nov 1899

If her birth date is correct on the 1939 Register, this looks like Jane's birth registration .........

I am trying to trace the marriage of my uncle Ernie who was born in 1903 in. Co. Durham . I never met him or his wife who we called auntie Jennie. I have been told they married in Hunwick, Co Durham. Their son Ivor was born in Coventry in 1939 and it gives mothers maiden name as Whittle but having looked through marriages for the 1920/1930's I still can't trace anything.All their married life was lived in Coventry. Can anyone help. Thank you.
