“The Town in the Orchard” Tenbury Wells is a small ancient market town situated in the very north west of Worcestershire on the A456 road. The River Teme, which runs along the edge of the town, separates Worcestershire and Shropshire and the Herefordshire border is less than a mile away.

Little Hereford came under Leominster reg district from 1934 - 1974

Can't find Tenbury under Leominster.

EDIT: Tenbury was a registration district in it's own right, and Little Hereford came under the Tenbury reg district from 1837-1934.

I think the surname changes a little though time ;if I have the right parents for her they will be William Postans and Sarah E Postans from little Hereford Herefordshire ,sarah married henry james Tysall in 1913 Birmingham ,could anyone look up the censors 1841,51,61,71 ,91,1911 for me on sarah janes ancestors please ,I know she moved to Birmingham when she was married ,and have her family from then onwards ,yours sincerely Sandra .
