The 1841 census has him at 25 and born c.1816 although the ages of adults were rounded down to the nearest 5 years so he could have been up to 4 years older giving a birth date of between 1812 and 1816.

I usually find that the age is nearer to being correct the earlier the census.

I can't find any baptism for him in Ireland on Findmypast.

Trying to find information on Andrew Craig born abt 1801-1810 Ireland or Scotland on the 1851 census for Coldstream Scotland stated he was born in Ireland He married Elizbeth Tait in October 1838 at Coldstream Scotland ,
Came to New Zealand in 1858 with his wife and children
Any information on Andrew would be much appreciated
