In 1881 the Haynes's address was included in this area:

"The whole of the civil township of Hornton, including Hornton village, nine houses called Hornton Quarries, Rock Tavern Beerhouse, the Hill Farm, the Windmill and cottage adjoining, Hornton House and Farm and cottage adjoining, Meddom's Burn and cottage."

Is Paddock Farm the one nowadays at Lower Brailes, east of Shipston on Stour, which comes up on a Google search?

That's interesting to me, Kay, whether or not it's relevant to Sunny's query - my maternal ancestors belonged to Bodicote and area.

A Google search shows that that Paddock Farm is no more. There's a Paddock Farm Lane (on Google Maps) with a house called "The Old Farmhouse", and also a house called Paddock Farm Cottage, as well as some newer houses at the end of the lane.
