some 'argument' as to whether a marriage and a passenger list is him or just coincidental

Better to stick to the same thread so helpers know what information has been previously found / discounted etc

The 1939 register for the family. One closed record which probably means he/she born less than 100 years ago and their death hasn't been picked up. More siblings than you name ?

I am looking for any information on DAVID PHILIP ROSSER who left home in 1945 and is believed to have gone to live in the WHITE CITY area of LONDON.
He was born in 1917 in BROMYARD Herefordshire.
In the 1939 census he was living at 4 TILSLEY RD BIRMINGHAM.
