Obviously on something fairly recent in view of the fact that you include a postcode.

First postcode in UK was in 1959, in only one place. Not universal until 1974

As well as Charles Dale, and the Tithby Road surnames listed by Kath, there are also these names in Tithby Road :

The Tithby Road addresses are all interspersed here and there with houses on Radcliffe Road, Main Street, Hardigate, and others with just house names.
None of them have any numbers.
