Presume if she was a Mother then Rockley was her married name ?
Not seeing any marriages Nottingham for a Rockley to an Ida

If she wasn't married, there are 4 Ida Rockley's born Notts 1897 - 1909

Two of those four Idas died in childhood, so that leaves one (with a middle name) born in Basford RD in 1901, and one (without a middle name) in Nottingham RD in 1909.
