Find Ancestors

Hi,researchers.Looking for the parents of Samuel M.Carling,who married Frances
Haylock in 1930 at Hartlepool. He appears to have been b.c.1910,Hartlepool.
His mothers MMS was Milburn .
This info given by a mate of mine who has very little on his family. and I can't find much by my own searches.Any help will be very helpful.
