You say, "In the photos Dolly does look younger than Jane and Christina." |

I've just spoken to my g Aunt, she is convinced Dolly is one of the sisters. I'm sure she's wrong, nothing seems to connect her to any of them. |

If 5 children were born and two had died, as per 1911, the person ‘Dolly’ simply can’t be the natural child of Charles and Jane, unless she was born AFTER 1911 census was taken |

Elizabeth McKenzie Newlands (birth suggested by GG) pprobably married James Cameron in Forres in 1915 - so hadn't died before 1911. |

Found a baptism record for Janet Greenhorn Newlands 1894, parent Robert Newlands and Janet Boyd. Think that rules her out. |

There are no deaths in Scotland of any Newlands with mms McKenzie, aged 22 or under , but 263 with no mms stated on SP, between 1889 and 1911. |

Births of the children shown on census - chance of a birth between William and Jean |

Not seeing a birth in England/Wales to Newlands with mmn McKenzie / MacKenzie so the other 2 children not showing on census presumably born Scotland |

The 1911 census should tell you how long they've been married and how many children they've had, still alive, died |

Not on 1901 census. You’ll probably have to pay for units on SP to look at 1911 |

If the family are Scottish then you need to use Scotland’s People website. |
