Thank you for answer my questions dad did live in Witstable Road he had a sister Sheila and four other siblins his father was William AlfredMoore b.1889 dont know his parternal grandfather

Do you have the marriage certificate of William Alfred Moore and Mary AE Wheeler.

If you do, can you post all the details from it please.

If not you may have to buy the marriage certificate of your Grandparents - ie. This will give you the names and occupations of their Fathers which may help helpers to pinpoint the right family. Names of witnesses may also help.

Then post all the details on here so we can help further if possible.

As there doesn't appear to be an obvious marriage for the names on William Alfred's birth registration, you will have to buy a copy of his birth cert to find out the names of his parents, although a copy of his marriage cert would tell you who he thought his father was...................
