Find Ancestors

I am trying to locate records for Leonard. I only found a birth for him yesterday on Familysearch.org

I know the following:

He was born in India. His father was Abdul Williams and his mother was Eveline Maud O'Gorman.

I have found a record for his parents marriage in India Feb 28 1920 however if this is right I have also found a record showing Leonard was also christened on that day - so i guess a transcription error - so perhaps he wasn't born in 1920..

I can't find Abdul or Eveline Williams after that and can find nothing for Leonard.

His DOB given there as 3 Feb 1920 - so his baptism could well have been the same day as the marriage.

No reason to think he wasn't baptised on his parents' wedding day

Nothing further on FMP about Leonard, and no death in the UK which appears to fit

Abdul was 30 years old when he married........occupation: Merchant

Interestingly the only info about his father is the name ESSA - no other name, whereas the bride's father has forename and surname recorded.. The assumpton that his surname was Williams has been made on familysearch and on Ancestry - without foundation
