The baptism that Maddie posted for Arthur John maskell said he was baptized
1st Oct 1882, but I wonder if this is a mistranscription, as in the 1939 register below, Arthur is said to be born on 9th Oct 1882, and that is what is written on the image of the register

I believe this is Arthur John in census 1891, living with his aunt and uncle, and mistranscribed as Hackell I believe Jane Halls is Emma Maskell's sister, and there is a Jane amongst the children of John and Susan Maskell.
