The only sticking point as to whether or not Jane Lewis (1846) in the 1851 census is the same woman who married David Harvey is her father's occupation.

He's an engineer at her marriage in 1869, but an agricultural labourer in 1851.
Perhaps she exaggerated?

I don't see her father convincingly after 1851.

Possibly his death?

Ancestry trees are very unreliable.

There are trees on all sites where someone has given the mothers married name when they don’t know her maiden name.

You will need to track down Jan’s fathers marriage to see if that is the case or if her mother was actually also a Lewis before she married.

Jane Clara Lewis was born in 1847 in Claverley, Shropshire. She married David Harvey on 14 November 1869 in Erdington, Birmingham. It would appear that her Father was William Lewis born in Kemberton, Shropshire in 1817.

It would seem that her Mother's name was also Jane (born in Worfield??) but Ancestry suggests that Jane was also a Lewis so I'm struggling to trace them back.
