Wow thank you so much Shirley,the amount of info youve gave me is amazing,without you and other kind members id of been stuck without all your help.,my beloved brother was also called John Gordon after grandad but he was always known a Gordon too,my grandad did indeed pass before my nanna,he fell downstairs and sadly broke his neck and passed away,no wonder ive not been able to get much info on my nanna she seems to have gone by all names, Jean,Jane,Jeannie and Jennie,and i see my mum was named after my nannas sister Mary.cant thank you enough for your help,as i had put my tree to one side for a while as i didnt seem to get very far,with it,

Thank you so much Shirley for all this information i cant believe how kind youve been in helping me with all this. i mistakenly put Erikas name thinking she had given me the information so i apologise for my error, Ive just noticed my nanna was born 33 wellington street and funnily enough when shes got older and married my mum was born at number 25 so they never moved far from thier last home by the looks of it..
