BUT, I have recently been told she married Thomas Nichol in Penrith, in 1842 and was living in Irthington in 1851 Census under her married name Nichol, along with son Edward Foster (Aged 13).
Cannot find them in this census? Any clues welcome.
I have Margaret & Thomas, living with / near Edward in 1861 & 1871 Newtown, (Thomas in 1871 as Inn Keeper at Exhibition Inn, Newtown).
Margaret & Thomas disappear after 1871.
Trying to tie up loose ends, here, so any help appreciated
