Elizabeth married Thomas Wray at St Helen's Church York 15 Dec 1813; had four sons 1815-1822. Her husband remarries in 1839 'widower' to Catherine Robinson, widow.
But when does Elizabeth die?

not 1827, burial St Michael le Belfrey York - an infant aged 7 weeks
not 1840, too late, husband remarried 1839.

Can anyone find another possible burial/death?

Thank you

Which websites have you looked at?

Where did the widower re-marry?

Maddie's result

Elizabeth Ray
Abode Grape Lane
age 75??

At the beginning of the horizontal stroke on the 7 there is a veritcal slash through it, which gives the appearance of a "+"
The only problem is later entries made by the same official show a "7", in this format.

The 19.3.1837 burial in Leeds can definitely be discarded - age 19 so born after "your" Elizabeth married !
