Incidentally, John died in Bolton Hospital, as per Probate record, but his residence was in Leeds……….you have both places recorded as his place of death

Only you can know if you've researched the correct line....................I see you have ALL the info on your Ancestry tree.

Presumably, you've got some proven facts on which to base the connections you've made

If there is a query regarding DNA............get the OTHER people to prove their research. They must have names, dates, locations etc....................

Good luck.

ADDED

I see you have what I assume are DNA notations appended to John's eldest daughter, some of his siblings and his father, yet you state that JOHN isn't linked by DNA

Linked to whom?

Now, I know less than nothing about DNA, and have no interest whatsoever in doing so, but it doesn't appear logical for the situation as you have it actually to exist. :-S :-S :-S

No doubt someone who is interested in DNA will be able to make sense of it

You've had info about these people before.....................FMP alerts me to having accessed the following record on a previous occasion

1939 Register
21 Neville Place, Leeds, Leeds C.B., Yorkshire (West Riding), England

Annie Hodson (Hornby) 13 Nov 1900 Female Unpaid Domestic Duties Married 256 1
Annie (Mary) Hornby 20 Feb 1921 Female Tailors Trousers Hand Single 256 2

https://www.genesreunited.co.uk/boards/board/ancestors/thread/1402992

Plus numerous others about a Hornby family in MANCHESTER

You need to decide which one is your CORRECT line, by doing very careful research.

If you're looking at the wrong people, no wonder the DNA doesn't make sense

Hi Has any one got access to newspapers I've got an artical in the North Star Darlington Durham 19th May 1915. if so I'd like to know what it says please

Having a bit of a problem with DNA matches he married an Annie Jowett in 1920 North Shields Then she married a Cliford Hodson 1955

I was hoping that this artica would give details of family
