Joanne Sanders My Grandmother was Eliza Shutze born Pimlico, 1880's. Her siblings were Annie, Bertha and Frederick George, and her father was George Shutze married in Westminster London and lived in Croydon Surrey. He was born in Prussia in 1841. Its an unusual name and spelling. My Grandad said there was a Scottish branch of family. Cannot see connection as yet but will bear your Henry in mind. It is a family name.
