Hi There was a bunce's sweet shop in Earlsfield near Tooting London I used to go there on my way back from school in the 60's. My maiden name was Bunce but alas no relation to the shop. My family came from Mitcham and were farmers, they owned the land that is now a big industrial site!!!!!. How rich would I have been. there is still a Bunce's meadow in Mitcham which is part of English heritage now. My Father and one of his brothers still live in the area. My grand father was Montague Charles Bunce and married Louise Shadbolt, they had 5 children, Peter ,montague, Raymond, June and Janet. If you think you may be part of the Bunce's clan get in touch.
