Alison, you might have better luck putting this on the Records Office or the Trying to Find Boards. |

hello Alison. I have ancestors and current relations with the surname Brian.Do you know what your grandads FATHERS name was? My great great Gandads name was James Stockley Brian, born in Islington Middlesex about 1825 he had a son James. and that is where I have a gap. so I would be interested to know if there is a connection. I comethrough from James Brians daughter Eleanor.regards Mary |

I believe my grandad came from England and has between 2 and 4 brothers one of which emigrated to Canada (i think) My grandads name was Roy Claire Brian. If anyone can give me any more information I would be most grateful. My grandad was born i think around 1922, He married Jean and had two kids my dad Ian Roy Brian and a daughter Doreen. |
