My mother in law was born a Hoefling and I think she my have been your grandfather's sister, she also had a brother named Sid. Can you please tell me if your grandfather was known as George rather than William and your grandmother was called Beat.

Hi my name is Michelle Potter (nee Hoefling). I'm trying to track down any Hoefling's out there. There are only 5 of us in Reading, Berkshire. My Grandad was William George Hoefling, born circa 1909 in London. He married Bertha Bradbury also a Londoner. I know he had a brother Sid in Clacton on Sea but the families lost touch some time ago.
