My family originated in Leeds Yorkshire but moved around a lot. Not sure if we are related. My family moved to Salford Manchester but as they were such a big family anything is possible.

I'm looking for any information on Hopton's living or related to people of that name who resided in the Halifax, Yorkshire district after 1800. All the Hopton's that I've found in that area since 1800 are my direct ancestors. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Winston Hopton, Australia.
