My birth mothers name is/was NELLIE TAPP, and her last known address was as a domestic servant at 22 Chichele Road, Cricklewood. My birth name was Jean Mavis born 22/6/1932 at 148 Twyford Lodge, Acton Lane? U.D. As birth certificate is faded Acton Lane may be wrong but ncton is likely. No details registered for fathers name. Birth was registered at Harlesden, Middlesex on 27/6/1932. I would like to know any details of NELLIE TAPP that are applicable, date of birth, marriage, siblings, relatives etc. I am anxious to point out that I am not particular about meeting up with anyone - I realise that it could prove embarrasing or upsetting, but any contact via email or General Registrars Office would be treated confidentially and sympathetically if proven genuine. Or if, in the future, if agreeable to both sides a possible meeting could take place. Hoping this will ring a few bells - albeit a long time ago, that someone, somewhere, has the details I am seeking. I am registered with the Adoption Tracing Dept, General Register Office, Smedley Hydro, Trafalgar Road, Southport PR8 2HH. Social Services are also trying to assist my search. Many thanks Jean M
