Hello I am Barbara Dunnett I am trying to trace my late husbands relatives. His fathers name was Robert Dunnett born in 1902 in Gateshead. His grandather was called James Dunnett born in Edinburgh in 1865 and married to Hannah who was born in Heworth. Co. Durham. They had four other children George, William,Thomas and Mary Elizabeth. They lived in Swinburn Terrace, Hebburn, Co. Durham in 1901 and I also know that they lived for a time in Bill Quay and Pelaw. If anyone could help I would like to hear from them

Re my reply of the 17th Oct. your ref to Swinburne Tce. This was in Bill Quay running parallel with Ann St. . This makes it even more likely that the James in question was the Grandfather of your husband.
