June,

I have received the birth certificate of my grandfather Harry Gregory, and his father was Charles Gregory.
I have traced back, and it appears that Charles is a family name. I have opened up my tree for you, to confirm or deny a link.
Hope your search is going well.

Hi
My father's family are Gregorys and come from Fulham/Hammersmith.
His father is Harry b. 1909, and his aunt and uncle, Hilda and Charles.
We are awaitng Harry's birth certificate to confirm that his father was also Charles Gregory. Once we have that we willl be able to search further, but my father believes that they always lived in Fulham/Hammersmith and the family home is thought to be in Modder Place, where my Great Aunt lived & died.
None of that generation are alive now, and as far as we know never married and didn't have children.

Will keep you updated when we get more confirmation

GREGORY I am trying to trace the Gregory family from the Fulham/Hammersmith area of London. My great grandfather James Gregory was born in Hammersmith 1862. His father Charles was born around 1836. James had brothers Charles and Reuben sister Sarah. His mother was Margaret (nee Randall). Any links would be most welcome. June Gregory
